Batch Q&A#

Powered by SquirroGPT, the Batch Q&A widget allows users to process multiple questions simultaneously and receive detailed answers within the context of a project dataset.

Getting Started#

When designing your dedicated Q&A dashboard, keep only the center section and one layer, then add the Batch Q&A widget. Enable the Autosize widgets to fit frame setting for the layer, allowing the widget to expand and fill all available space.

Access the dedicated dashboard to start using the ability to process multiple questions at once. You can manually add questions one by one or import a list of questions in bulk using a CSV file, making it easy to manage large volumes of queries or run repetitive reports regularly.

Managing questions#

Create a single question using the Add A New Question button available in the bottom toolbar. You can edit existing questions using the pencil icon. Remove individual questions using the bin icon from the question card, or remove all questions using the bin icon from the bottom toolbar.

When creating your CSV file, use a plain text editor to ensure compatibility and avoid formatting issues. Choose quoted text fields to allow the inclusion of commas and special characters within the text field itself. Use a new line for each question. Here is an example of a CSV file:

"What is the company quality policy, and how is it communicated to employees?"
"How does the company ensure that its quality objectives are aligned with its overall business strategy?"
"What is the company approach to risk management, and how are risks identified and mitigated?"

Generating answers#

The user interface offers two approaches to generate the answers to the questions. You can individually generate them using the Generate Answer button from the answer card or all at once with the Generate Answers button from the bottom toolbar. By default, the system uses all the datasets to generate the answers.

Summarizing answers#

Use the Summarize button from the bottom toolbar to get a concise overview of the topics returned in the answers. That feature selects and presents the most relevant information in a brief summary, highlighting the main points and key takeaways.

Sharing content#

Easily share information with others or transfer content to a document, report, or presentation using the Export button from the bottom toolbar.
