Collections#
The Collections feature helps you effortlessly create personal groupings of indexed content. That flexible organization lets you quickly access the information most relevant to your role. Like favorites, the subsets of documents become available as filters, optimizing your search and conversational AI interactions. While favorites use queries for personal groupings and are dynamic by nature, collections are a static list of selected items. Here are some of the key benefits:
Tailored document management - Each collection is fully customizable, allowing you to organize content based on a common theme, various characteristics, specific project requirements, research objectives, or just your current focus or area of interest.
Simplified data management - Collections enable users to categorize and access key documents quickly, simplifying the process of managing knowledge and increasing productivity.
Streamlined focus - Users can create personalized collections of documents to focus on the most relevant information, minimizing the time spent searching through unrelated content.
Enhanced precision - Selecting a subset of context-relevant documents from the broader index improves the relevancy and general quality of conversational AI.
Enhanced search speed - Limiting the data amount a search is applied to, not only ensures a more targeted answer quality, but also enhances the processing time.
Private collections - Collections are private to you and not accessible by others within the organization, allowing for individual curation and management of key resources.
Whether preparing for an important meeting, conducting in-depth research, or organizing resources for a project, Collections transforms your search experience into a highly focused and interactive tool. By narrowing the search scope, you achieve faster insights and benefit from enhanced RAG results, leading to more informed decision-making.
